First step is to shop and find yourself a Wedding Planner Professional that you trust to lead you through the process and manage your big day!

As you inquire, you will get asked with every wedding vendor what your budget is. It's normal to not know what your budget is, but it is important to have a realistic idea of where you want to be! Once you book with us, the first meeting will be discussing your budget and making sure your wedding vision vs. your budget matches up! Depending on which packages you book, we will either discuss budget and recomendations or we can help manage and customize your entire budget for you!

When shopping, we understand the very first thing that crosses any newly engaged couples mind is pricing and services. However, vibing with your wedding planner is equally as important! Afterall, you will be working very closely with your planner for the next 9-12+ months! A good relationship is key!

That you don't need one.

At the end of the day, a Wedding Planner may not be for every couple and doesn’t always fit into every budget, however, we encourage couples to think about what’s most important to them on their wedding day. If you do not want to worry about all the things that needs to be done or tackle things that goes wrong, but instead soak in every second of this special day that will already fly by in the blink of an eye, you need a great planner on your side to alleviate all stress and for you to enjoy your day! Afterall, you guys will only get married once!

Anywhere from 9-12 months prior to the wedding date is a good time to start planning. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to be planning for too long. I do recommend hiring your wedding coordinator right away, even for the ‘month of/day of’ package. You’ll want to get a contract signed to ensure the coordinator is available for your wedding date.

If you hire a professional to execute your wedding day, you will quickly realize we do not just show up on the day of your wedding and able to manage and execute your ideas flawlessly without any prior meetings. site visits, or communication with your vendors. There is still a lot of work that goes in behind the scenes ahead of time – from consultation meetings with the couple, timeline creation, working through all your details and logistics, devising a game plan for the day of and much more!

Your day is secured after you've booked with your planner by signing the contract and placing a deposit. Talk to your planner and discuss packages. Once you narrow down the package for you, they will send you a contract and request for deposit to secure your date.

It's SUPER important that we vibe on a personality level as well as a design level. We are all a special breed of Type A and B over here so trust us when we say we’ve got you!

We offer 4 wedding packages depending on the type of service the couple is looking for and how much assistance our couple will need. Our most simple package is the Month of Service which requires little assistance from the planner up to the package that allows us to be hands on with every single detail which is our Full Service or Full Service Plus!

We also offer an event planning services that takes care of everything non wedding such as baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, and more!

We are located and operating in Oklahoma only.

We will absolutely work with vendors of your choice, however, will offer other reccomendations for you to compare.
